Calculator Explanation
This calculator works similar to a standard basic calculator with the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. You can insert numbers into the calculator by clicking the respective buttons. To perform an operation, click on one of the operation buttons after entering your first number, then enter your second number and press the “=” button or the “Calculate” button to see the result.
How to Use
- Input your first number by clicking on the digit buttons.
- Select your desired arithmetic operation (+, -, *, /).
- Input your second number.
- Click “=” or the “Calculate” button to perform the calculation and display the result.
- If you make a mistake or want to start a new calculation, press “C” to clear the input.
How It Calculates Results
The calculator temporarily stores the first number and waits for the operation and second number input. When the “=” or “Calculate” button is clicked, it processes the stored number with the chosen operation and the second number to give you the result.
Limitations
This calculator does not handle complex operations or scientific computations. It does not support parentheses for setting operation precedence, and it cannot maintain a continuous chain of calculations; each two numbers must be calculated at a time.
