Calculation Method

The Relative Fat Mass (RFM) is calculated using the following formulas:

  • For males: RFM = 64 - 20 * (height / waist)
  • For females: RFM = 76 - 20 * (height / waist)

Make sure to input your height in centimeters and weight in kilograms for accurate results.

Limitations
