The PPS Scale Calculator uses the following formula to score your profile:
- Base points = 50
- Age factor = (100 – age) * 0.5
- Gender factor = 10 for male, 15 for female

- Work experience factor = work experience * 2
- Skills factor = number of skills * 3
The total score is the sum of all the factors plus the base points.
