How to Use the SAT Score Calculator
Enter your individual SAT scores in the input fields provided:
- Math Score: Should be between 200 and 800.
- Reading Score: Should be between 200 and 800.
- Writing & Language Score: Should be between 200 and 800.
- Essay Reading (optional): Should be between 2 and 8.
- Essay Analysis (optional): Should be between 2 and 8.
- Essay Writing (optional): Should be between 2 and 8.
Once all required fields are filled in, click on the “Calculate” button. The calculator will display your Total SAT Score and, if entered, your Total Essay Score. The Total SAT Score is the sum of your Math, Reading, and Writing & Language scores. The Total Essay Score is the sum of your Essay Reading, Essay Analysis, and Essay Writing scores.
Limitations
This calculator assumes all entered scores are valid and fall within the specified ranges. Scores beyond these ranges are not considered, and the calculator will return incorrect results. Additionally, essay scores are optional and if left blank, the Total Essay Score will display as “Not applicable”.
