How to Use the Calculator
Enter your Sale Price, Shipping Charge you will collect, actual Shipping Cost, and the Item Cost. Click the “Calculate” button to see your estimated profit after fees.
How It Calculates Results
The calculator first applies Etsy’s transaction fee of 6.5% on the total sale and shipping charge. Next, it calculates the payment processing fee, which is 3% of the sale and shipping charge combined, with an additional fixed fee of $0.25. It also includes a listing fee of $0.20 which is a fixed charge for each listing. The sum of these fees is then subtracted from your gross income (sale price plus shipping charge) along with your shipping cost and item cost to provide the net profit.
