How to use the Fabric Calculator

How the Calculator Works
The calculator multiplies the width by the height to get the total area in square meters. It then multiplies the area by the amount of fabric per square meter. This result gives the total fabric needed for your project in meters.
Limitations
This calculator assumes the fabric is sold by the square meter and that the area to cover is rectangular. It does not account for pattern matching or fabric wastage. For more complex shapes or requirements, additional calculations may be necessary.
