How to Use the Calculator

How It Calculates
The calculator divides the total length of the fence by the post spacing to determine the number of intervals between posts. It then adds one to account for the last post at the end of the fence. This total is rounded up to ensure you have enough posts, as you can’t have a fraction of a post.
Limitations
Please note that this calculator assumes a straight fence line and uniform spacing between posts. It does not account for changes in terrain, gates, or additional reinforcement that might be necessary for corners or significant changes in fence direction.
