## How to Use the Playoff Predictor Calculator

This calculator helps determine the number of matches needed to complete a playoff series based on the number of teams and matchups per team.

### Instructions:

- Enter the number of teams participating.
- Enter the number of matchups each team will play.
- Click the “Calculate” button.
- The number of matches needed to complete the playoff series will be displayed in the result field.

### Explanation of the Calculation:

The number of matches needed is calculated using the formula for a round-robin tournament coupled with the entered matchups per team.

- Total Matchups (Round-Robin):
`(teams * (teams - 1)) / 2`

- Matches Needed:
`Math.ceil(total_matchups / matchups_per_team)`

### Limitations:

The calculator assumes all teams play an equal number of matchups. It doesn’t account for different playoff formats like single elimination or double elimination.
