How It Calculates the Results
The calculator uses the formula for the volume of a rectangular prism (V = length × width × depth) to calculate the pond volume. Make sure to use the average depth if your pond has varying depths.
Limitations
The calculator assumes a rectangular shape and constant depth, which might not be accurate for ponds with irregular shapes or varying depths. For non-rectangular ponds, try to approximate the average dimensions for a rough estimate.
