How To Use The Pro Physique Macro Calculator

How It Works

The calculator starts by estimating your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) using the Mifflin-St Jeor equations, which consider your weight, height, age, and gender. Then, it multiplies your BMR by your selected activity level to determine your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). It calculates your protein needs based on your body weight, followed by your fat needs. Carbohydrates are calculated with the remaining calories to meet your TDEE. The result is an estimate of your daily macronutrient needs to help you achieve your physique goals.
