How to Use the TAMU GPA Calculator
To use this GPA calculator, follow these steps:
- Enter the Credit Hours for each course you have taken.
- Enter the Grade you received for each corresponding course.
- Click the “Calculate” button to compute your GPA.
How It Calculates the Results
The calculator uses the following Grade Points values:
- A: 4.0
- B: 3.0
- C: 2.0
- D: 1.0
- F: 0.0
It multiplies the number of Credit Hours for each course by the corresponding Grade Points to get the Total Points. It then divides the Total Points by the Total Credit Hours to get the GPA.
Limitations
The calculator only supports up to 8 courses at a time. Ensure to input valid grades (A, B, C, D, F) and credit hours for accurate results. The grades are case-insensitive.
