### How It Calculates

The work calculator utilizes the formula *work = force × distance × cos(θ)*, where *force* is in newtons, *distance* is in meters, and *θ* is the angle in degrees between the force and the direction of the displacement. The calculator converts the angle to radians and then applies the cosine function to determine the component of the force that acts in the direction of the displacement.

### Limitations

This calculator assumes a constant force and does not take into account situations where the force changes over the distance. It’s not suitable for work involving variable forces or movements on curved paths. Additionally, it does not account for friction, air resistance, or other external forces that might affect the actual work done.
