How It Calculates Pi

Limitations
The accuracy of Pi calculated using this method is limited by the number of terms used in the series. The default setting computes 1,000,000 terms which provides a reasonable estimation of Pi, but true computational methods can involve billions or more terms for high precision. Browser performance may also affect the speed of the calculation.
